The Hebo Trans-Rally jacket has been made of triple-layer polyester and features high-resistance nylon inserts on the shoulders and elbows. This model can be used during all four seasons, as it has a removable thermal lining and both the front and rear panels can be removed during the summer. During the winter months, the removable waterproof membrane allows for comfortable travel and prevents water from entering the interior. To maintain proper transpiration, it has ventilation on the arms and chest and back. Additionally, it also includes reflective inserts.
